The White House doesn’t waste any time releasing photos when it wants to, and there have been plenty of shots of President Obama working hard to resolve the crisis in Syria while the members of Congress enjoy their extended vacation.

It was a photo of President Obama on the phone with House Majority Leader John Boehner, though, that really showed him getting tough. Too bad it wasn’t a video phone so Boehner could have been as impressed as the White House’s Twitter following.
