I introduce myself.
My name is Luis Lazarte aranguren.
I am a psychotherapist psychologist and I have two master:’s degrees, one in people, and management and the other in organizational development and human resources.
I am the director and founder of the Ibero-American network of human talent managers and a specialist in people management by the Peruvian association of human resources.
Now let’s go direct in the matter because it is important to study personality in principle because it allows us to understand who we are explore our differences, and even find what unites us that identifies us as human beings.
