Justin Joseph, of Denver’s Fox affiliate KDVR, is reporting that a bomb threat was called in to the University of Denver this afternoon. This is just the latest in a recent series of threats made to college campuses around the country.
University media people tell me they are checking with their campus police department.

@DenverPolice have you all heard anything about a threat made at University of Denver campus?
— justinjoseph (@justinjoseph) September 24, 2012
@KDVR alleged threat comes after several similar ones made at campuses all around the country and a week before Presidential debate.

The university is hosting the first presidential debate on Thursday, October 3.
Joseph reports that so far, no evacuations have been ordered.
@KDVR University: threat was not specific therefore no evacuation. Working with DPD. Too soon to tell if connected with other threats
