how mad would you be if this happened to you so these American airline passengers have been stranded in the airport for 18 hours there is plenty of reason for me to be upset right now you wasted my whole [ __ ] day you totally dust all over all day what the [ __ ] it's totally unethical for you to mess with us all day 20 minutes here 20 minutes there move to D7 move to E5 moved E4 it's [ __ ] you never had a pilot the whole time I'm sure you're a good person but you work for a horrible evil company well look at that an airport freak out and I'm actually siding with the person freaking out I mean definitely don't yell at the staff but that's like one whole Scorsese movie they probably could have walked to their destination in 18 hours if they're gonna strand you for 18 hours because they don't have a pilot or whatever just cancel the flight but of course they don't cancel the flight because then they'd have to give them a refund stupid American Airlines
