How Do/ Will You, Take Better CARE Of Yourself?
Many people believe, the best way, to take care of themselves, is, concentrating on improving one’s diet, and a quality exercise plan, wouldn’t you agree, it’s often, considerably more involved, than merely paying attention to these things? If all it took, was diet and exercise, everyone who routinely, went to the gym, and ate, in a nutritional manner, would always feel better, about every aspect of life! When was the last time, you took a true, genuine, objective, introspective look, based on considering, the best way, for you, to take CARE, of yourself? With that in mind, this article will attempt to briefly, consider, examine, review, and discuss, using the mnemonic approach, what this means and represents, and how, when we are willing to pay a little more attention, to our personal needs, rather than the needs and expectations, of others, our overall health, will improve.
1. Character; check – up; clarity; comfort zone; creative: When was the last time, you considered and examined, the good, and bad aspects, of your personal character? Are you ready, willing, able, and prepared, to give yourself, a check – up, from the neck – up? Will you take the time, and make the effort, to do so, with the utmost degree of clarity and focus, so you build on, your personal strengths, while effectively addressing, areas of weakness? Will you be satisfied, remaining within the perceived safety of your personal comfort zone, instead of being willing to expand upon it, for your overall best – interests? Are you willing, to proceed, in a creative way, so you might, be happier, and healthier, and far more fulfilled?
2. Attitude; attention; aptitude; articulate: Those possessing a genuine, positive, can – do, attitude, combined with a willingness, ability, and readiness, to pay keen attention, to your needs, and what’s nest to them, generally, are happiest and healthiest! By paying keen attention, and developing the finest aptitude, and relevant skill – set, you will focus, more, on what you need, rather than always worrying about others, etc. The more you are able to articulate, on your own behalf, the better – off, you will be!
3. Relevant; reasons/ reasoning; rationale; rational: By aligning your rationale, with quality, rational, reasoning, you make yourself better, and stronger! Consider, carefully, your rationale, and focus, and your reasons, for what you spend most of your time, and effort, on!
4. Energy; enrich; excellence; emphasis: When you place your emphasis, where it makes you feel better, and more enriched, you will proceed with a higher degree of genuine energy, which makes you healthier and happier! If you are proud of your personal excellence, it will make you happy, and healthy! Be, all you can be!
Aren’t you tired of paying, so much attention on others, and events, etc, and ignoring yourself? When will you try to put yourself first, at least in, your own mind?
