Henry Waxman turns Ebola travel ban question into immigration issue

Rep. Henry Waxman continues to amaze at a House subcommittee hearing on the Ebola response. Waxman’s already lied by connecting Ebola in the U.S. to budget cuts, and when the question of potential travel bans arose, Waxman implied such a move would be anti-immigration:

So Henry Waxman just compared a travel ban to immigration restrictionism. You go right ahead and make the restrictionists' case for them

Yes, Henry Waxman just said that "public health is tangential to the immigration issue." #whyamericaisscrewed #EbolaHearing

There is nothing that can’t be shamelessly politicized!

@michellemalkin I already thought his "Duh factor" was high for collaborating with the Nicaraguan Contras, but this goes beyond even that.

@michellemalkin Waxmans part of the original infection! Liberalism!

@michellemalkin Henry Waxman is part of the problem, his policies are leading to American citizens getting Ebola and Enterovirus.

@michellemalkin Frickin Dems always want to turn a life threatening situation political. Waxman is a repugnant farce. #tcot

That's just a damned stupid thing to say. @michellemalkin @WaxmanClimate MT "public health is tangential to the immigration issue"

@michellemalkin this hearing explains why we are screwed…these government idiots are irritatingly self-important asses

— T Hall (@TerrysHall) October 16, 2014

@michellemalkin the people that come from the Ebola countries. If Politicans had to do that flights would STOP!! #idiots #BS #allpolitical

Speaking of that:

All new entrants coming into the U.S. should be sent to Waxman's district first, let him do the screening #EbolaHearing

Great idea!
