so this guy got arrested for the dumbest reason this man gets arrested for having the sticker on his truck let me just interrupt the video to say I can't show you what the sticker says because my video will get removed but it says I eat Peach Emoji what you have on the back of your window okay is a misdemeanor in the State of Florida okay I have four kids for 14 year old a 10 year old a six-year-old and a four month old if my six-year-old was to look at me and like that what does IU okay he'll be furious all right and the way that we handled this situation okay I'm not pleased with so what I did is I issued you a court date all right so you can go explain it to the Columbia County court system take off one of those letters so that the word you're not refreshing My First Amendment right wait the cop said to scratch one letter off well what if he just scratches off the eye then it would just say eat well that doesn't help anyone or if he just scratches off the a then it'll say i-e-t-a which just sounds like Spielberg directed a porno come on now I admit that having this sticker on your car is kind of tacky like it might even be trashy but is it against the law now Florida does have anti-obscenity laws but it's unclear if the word ass meets that threshold probably not it's also unclear if those Florida laws conflict with the First Amendment also why is the cop listing all of his kids for 14 year old and a 10 year old a six-year-old and a four month old it doesn't matter how many kids the cop has it's a completely irrelevant to the situation the only thing relevant is whether or not the I sticker is protected by the First Amendment all right so how did all of this end well the theater in the video refused to scratch off a letter on his sticker and he was ultimately arrested for that like literally arrested for his I.E sticker there is apparently no justice in this world not if you're an eater however the charges were later dropped with the state attorney's office citing the First Amendment so guys it looks like you and your I.E stickers are safe for now oh thank God
