On Tuesday, Judge Jeffrey Minehart announced a widely-criticized decision to dismiss three of the murder charges against Kermit Gosnell. On Wednesday morning, he amended his ruling, admitting he had made a “clerical error” when he dismissed the charge concerning Baby C.
Reminder: According to the grand jury report, “Baby C was moving and breathing for 20 minutes before an assistant came in and cut the spinal cord, just the way she had seen Gosnell do it so many times.”

More from Steven Ertelt at Life News:
Common pleas court Judge Jeffrey Minehart admitted he “erred” when dropping the charge for Baby C, who was killed in an abortion-infanticide when he was a victim of an attempted abortion but was born alive and tossed in a shoe box, with Gosnell staffers confirming they saw him breathing for 20 minutes.
Sadly and infuriatingly, Judge Minehart had intended to dismiss the charge regarding the murder of Baby F, who was also seen moving before a former staffer says the baby’s neck was cut. That charge has now been dismissed.
However, Minehart dismisses murder charges re “Baby F” seen making a leg movement before #Gosnell employee snipped infant’s neck.
