so this guy goes to the gym and he gets his buddy to like record him or whatever he Stacks all the 45 pound plates on one by one like overloads the bar and then he does this workout [Music] [Applause] what the [ __ ] kind of workout is that like I know you probably can't tell because of my magnificent bod but I'm not like a workout expert or anything I'm pretty sure he's doing it wrong like what is this the herniated disc Speed Run oh my back it's a new record and he's standing on two smaller plates for some reason now the dude probably just wanted to feel a little bit taller maybe if you add a lot of those tiny reps together you you get a full rep here's the weirdest part though this isn't the only video like his Tick Tock is full of this stuff I mean look at this one it says 945 pound deadlift but then he like doesn't lift it
