David Frum: Take a moment while mourning Manchester dead to remember Trump’s intel leak
David Frum knows that Donald Trump is so devious he was ableto stage of coup of the United States evenwhile serving as its sitting president. Trump’s hunger for power was laid bare, of course, in that anecdote aboutthe second scoop of ice cream he enjoys for dessert, whichexplained a lot about him.
So it’s not a surprise that Frum is asking the public to take a second while they mourn the 19 killed in a terrorist attack in Manchester and think about Trump’s role in that incident.
As we mourn Manchester, remember: for a moment of ignorant boasting, the president betrayed one of the Wests best sources inside ISIS.

Makes you think, doesn’t it?
@davidfrum No, he didn't. We learned via the media that the source was not only Israeli, but inside ISIS. Your ilk betrayed the West, not Trump. #hack

@davidfrum Actually it was the leaker and NYT who betrayed the source. Sources and methods confirmed not shared by Trump, leaker named Israel and town
— Nick Chuckles (@NickChuckles) May 23, 2017
@davidfrum No, the NYTimes betrayed it, not Trump.
— CROSSPATCHe (@VictorB123) May 23, 2017
@davidfrum Actually the @washingtonpost and @nytimes did that for cheap political games. The President exercised his prerogative.

You shameless bastard. https://t.co/T8hiQa2OF5
— Carl Gustav (@CaptYonah) May 23, 2017

— Chris (@Bourbon_Hound) May 23, 2017
@davidfrum This is a horrible thing to say. This is not the time to score cheap points.
— Alt US Justice Dep't (@AltUSDOJ) May 23, 2017
@davidfrum Not the time, David Frum!
— Darren Gold (@Darren_Gold) May 23, 2017
@davidfrum Ahh, how nice of a progressive to politicize a terrorist attack, which killed who knows how many innocent children.
— Chris McAllister (@themanfronUNCLE) May 23, 2017
@davidfrum You are an absolute shitheel. Nothing less.
— Sean Agnew (@seanagnew) May 23, 2017
@davidfrum Ridiculous politically motivated "hot take." @davidfrum
— CNN vs Reality (@dustin_ward) May 23, 2017
@davidfrum How dare you use this tragic event to pursue ANY political agenda. I despise Trump but this is NOT appropriate. Disgusting lack of class.
— Helen MacIntosh (@LadyHellsBells) May 23, 2017
@davidfrum As we mourn Manchester, remember: David Frum couldn't stop hating The Donald long enough to be minimally decent about it.
— Richard DeCamp (@richdecamp) May 23, 2017
@davidfrum I'll darn sure remember the bag of tools that have tried to make political points while parents ID their murdered children.
— Jerry Bohl, Jr. (@jr_bohl) May 23, 2017
@davidfrum Do you have no shame?
— Josh Offenhartz (@Johartz) May 23, 2017
@davidfrum You are despicable.
— Craig Daliessio (@craigdaliessio) May 23, 2017

— jon (@jontalksDC) May 23, 2017
@davidfrum Can you wait till tomorrow?
— Jen Wang (@695_6D6) May 23, 2017
@davidfrum Couldn't wait five damned seconds, could you, David? Continue your well-earned slide into obscurity…
— richard mcenroe (@richard_mcenroe) May 23, 2017
@davidfrum You just can't help yourself huh?
— Alex Cohen (@boogie_cohen) May 23, 2017
@davidfrum not really the time to gloat regarding #POTUS mistakes. Now is the time for #prayers, #reflection and #compassion for victims
— Dr. John R. Seita (@JohnSeita) May 23, 2017
@davidfrum As I mourn Manchester, I will remember the victims & their families while sending them my love & prayers. You should seriously do the same!
— I am Amy (@LightWarrior19) May 23, 2017
@davidfrum Mr Frum, you have a sickness. Maybe you should take a long vacation in a place without Internet for a while.
