Byron York: President reportedly golfed during Maj. Gen. Greene’s funeral

As Twitchy reported, it was a heartbreaking scene Thursday at Arlington National Cemetery as Maj. Gen. Harold Greene, the highest ranking American serviceman to be killed in the Afghan war, was laid to rest, his son bowing over his father’s casket.

Some wondered why the commander-in-chief wasn’t present at the funeral of such a high ranking officer, and the Washington Examiner’s Byron York confirms that, yes, the president was busy golfing at the time.
