Julian Barnes, the Wall Street Journal’s Pentagon reporter, says people familiar with the matter have told him that the Vice President’s son Hunter Biden was discharged from the Naval Reserve earlier this year when he tested positive for cocaine use. Wall Street Journal White House correspondent Colleen Nelson has more.
