Michael Grunwald: Obama shouldn’t allow ‘radical ranchers’ to scare off feds
The standoff at #BundyRanch ended with the Bureau of Land Management calling off their court ordered removal of Cliven Bundy’s cattle from public land. Time Magazine’s senior national correspondent Michael Grunwald doesn’t like the idea of the federal government being pushed around by a few “radical ranchers.”
A couple of days ago Grunwald had similar thoughts:
Perhaps if the Bundy situation wasn’t thought of as “defying federal law” but instead considered a “unilateral grazing fee mandate delay” fewer people would have a problem with it.
